Clearing

Remote release of any energies that are not your own and may be affecting you negatively.

Trauma Release

Gentle, non-intrusive release of trauma stored in the subtle body system. Amanda is a graduate of the Foundations Level 1 course in trauma release through the Body Wisdom Academy.

Spiritual Mentorship

Self empowerment and energetic hygiene through simple and effective tools that can easily be integrated into daily life. Making sense of spiritual experiences.
